Next Nonprofit Board Training Series Begins February 21
ImageNetworkWilliamsburg's Nonprofit Board Training Series is a 6-week class designed for community members interested in learning more about the roles, responsibilities, and rewards of serving on a nonprofit Board. The class will meet every Tuesday, 5:30-7:00, February 21 - March 27. Participants will learn about financial oversight, board governance, fundraising, and hiring and evaluating executive staff. Graduates of the course will have the option to be part of an online database of "trained" Board prospects which will be made available to our registered nonprofits as they seek to strengthen their Boards with productive, committed, knowledgeable members.
